Technoleap is a Technology Management Company was founded in 2004 to meet customer needs for cost affective research, development, manufacturing, project management, integration and logistic support services. We are a small, woman owned business with engineering offices, and modern manufacturing and warehousing facilities located in central Florida.

Our ability to operate under lower cost factors provides our customers with cost effective ways to manage their development costs. The Technoleap staff is augmented as needed with experienced subcontractors and industry expert consultants in order to provide our customers with projects flexibility and economy of scale.

We Support Both Government and Commercial Contractors: 

Technoleap has extensive experience in rugged and harsh environments that include: limited visibility, extreme temperature, rain, humidity, sand, salt, dust, altitude and pressure. We also provide expertise with MIL-STD 810 shock and vibration requirements when the fragility of components and packaging is a concern.

 Technoleap design, test and manufacturing engineers have expertise in computer, electrical, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering. We also represent various OEM’s as part of our partnering arrangements. Our design and test engineers have advanced expertise in computer, electrical, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering. Our focus is on developing, packaging and integration of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technologies for rugged and harsh environments as well as simulation and training systems. We also represent various original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) as part of our partnering arrangements.

Our main technology markets are within the areas of Telecommunications, Computer Science, Advanced Information Systems, Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Government, Military and Energy.

Technoleap is a registered government contractor under Cage Code 5ZHK0 and DUNS Number 143727142. Our status under the Central Contractor’s Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is current.

Tammie D. Scull, President 
Tammie is responsible for daily management and oversight of Technoleap, Inc. In her capacity, Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Human Resources, Finance and Procurement report to her. She has over 25 years in general and office management. She earned a degree in Computer programming form the York Town Business Institute in Greenbelt, Maryland. Tammie is a Co-Founder of Technoleap.
Bernie Kershner, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Bernie is responsible for Sales and marketing of Technoleap products and services. He is the direct customer interface to Technoleap for contractual matters and customer service. He has over 30 years of experience in product development and sales. Bernie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He has worked for such companies as Honeywell Aerospace, Arrow Electronics, and Ocean Design, Inc. and on advanced technology projects such as the SR71/A12 at AREA 51 and other classified programs. He is a Co-Founder of Technoleap.
Greg Scull, Vice President, Finance and Treasurer 
Greg is responsible for the Financial Operations of Technoleap, Inc. He has served as Treasurer of the company since its inception in 2004. Greg has a degree from the University of Maryland in Industrial Technology. He has advanced studies in Business Management with University College, University of Maryland and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has worked for Gould, Inc., Lockheed Martin, Litton Industries and Teledyne ODI.
Jay Scull, Chief Financial Officer and V.P. - Miamika Associates 
Miamika, a small technology development firm, provides support to Technoleap for Project Management, Logistics, and Financial Advice and Analysis. Jay is the CFO and Vice President of Miamika Associates. He has over 25 years of financial and program management experience. Most recently he successfully led and completed engineering design, manufacturing, and production programs and projects for the U.S. Army and the Marines. Prior to that time, he managed IT projects for Commerce One and GMSI, Satellite Communication projects for COMSAT RSI, and Sonar projects for Martin Marietta and Gould Electronics. He holds a BA from George Washington University in D.C. and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
